Super Hotel Candle

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All of the folks at reception and the bell hops were extremely nice and curteous. Mr. Anh at reception was extraordinarily helpful! We woukd defintely stat at the Super Candle Hotel on our next trip!!

Location was away from many pickup point but did not matter at all for privately arranged transport thus worked better during road closures when 10 day national day celebrating occured. . By all means everything exceeded my expectation therefore book it twice during our stay

Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms excellent. The spa and pool area plus workout room were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful all of the time. Breakfast options were excellent and the location was fairly close to the market area.

Our apartment could have been cleaned better each day by the housekeeping staff.

Value for money, excellent service, Sauna steam jacuzzi 10/10, breakfast 10/10.

There was nothing Not to like. Loved the Indoor Pool etc. The Apartment was outstanding!! Including the friendly staff!!

Regarding the Breakfast, There wasn't enough options for Westerners like me. We not too into Vietnamese foods so we had to make do with what was available!!

Our stay in this hotel was really enjoyable. Room is big enough, clean and fresh. The sheets and towels smell really nice. Bed was so soft. It was nice to sleep. Guests have good choice of food for breakfast and it's delicious. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Spa is pretty good, however it has women and men zones (I didn''t expect it. Suposed to chill with my husband). Buffet was nice with great choise of dumplings and other food.Moreover our room was upgraded for bigger one for free.

I don't know why, but whenever someone used the bathroom, we always heard the doorbell ringing, even though there was no one in the hallway.

After a 30 hour trip from the UK it was a pleasure to arrive at this hotel. I checked in at 1am and the guy on the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect I had a spa and massage the next morning 100% recommended

The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and honest, going above and beyond by returning our bag left in the restaurant. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was convenient and well-situated for exploring Hanoi. The facilities were excellent, the location was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

There was nothing significant that I disliked during my stay.

Just on the busy street, and the cleaner took away the tooth brush and paste everyday - I meant to reuse.

We were traveling in a family group but rooms were allocated at different floors. Staff was resistant in cooperating with this basic expectation. Breakfast menu was having limited options and really not much for vegetarians. Poorly managed show for a good property otherwise

The hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly, especially the concierge Viet and Duc. They helped us with everything and even went above and beyond to search for my daughter’s bracelet that she lost. I would recommend this hotel if you stay in Hanoi outside of the old quarter.

Away from the old quarters area. Taxi provided by Grab and Xanh may be a good option to book and go around. Limited food options nearby.

Staffs very helpful. I was upgraded to an executive apartment. It is too big with 2 bedroom for me. I requested to have smaller room. Too bad, hotel fully booked. But staff still help to change to a 1 bedroom apartment.

Lift takes too long to arrive. Maybe only 2 lifts so have to wait long.

The two bedroom apartment is huge and comfortable! The massage at the spa was very nice.

The corridors had a strong smell of smoke. Despite being an apartment with a kitchen, it lacked essential items—no frying pan, cooking pot, and only a few mismatched plates, making it impossible to cook dinner. The dishes were only rinsed during cleaning, not properly washed. The pool area was rundown and dirty, and the gym, which overlooks the pool, was extremely humid.
